What this site collects

This site has no ads and doesn’t ask you to sign in. The free tools run in your browser and what you type into them isn’t sent to this site; the DNS checker looks up the domain you enter through Cloudflare’s public DNS resolver (or Google’s, if Cloudflare doesn’t answer).

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits: pages viewed, the site you came from, approximate country, device type and which buttons were clicked. It isn’t loaded, and sets no cookies, until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google sets cookies whose names start with _ga, kept for up to two years, and processes the data under Google’s privacy policy. Advertising features are off. Your choice is remembered in your browser; change it any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, and choosing “Decline” deletes the analytics cookies.

Purchases and free downloads

Buying the playbook or downloading the free cheat sheets happens on Gumroad, which collects your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy. I receive your name, email and what you bought, so I can send the file and its updates and, if you downloaded the free cheat sheets, occasional emails about cold email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Emails you send me

If you email me, I keep the conversation to reply and to handle refunds, and I don’t add you to any list without asking.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. Email hello@coldoutboundplaybook.com. If you’re in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority; in India, under the DPDP Act once its Rules apply.
