How does the calculator pick a plan?
For each tool it takes every plan with a verified price, keeps the ones whose published limits cover your mailboxes, contacts and monthly emails, and shows the cheapest. Where a vendor doesn’t state a limit, the plan is kept and the gap is flagged.
Why is a tool missing a price?
We only use prices read from the vendor’s own pricing page. If a page loads prices we couldn’t read, the tool is listed without one rather than with a guess.
What isn’t included?
Tax, lead data, email verification, domains and add-ons. Mailboxes are added at the price you set; Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 run about $6–14 a mailbox a month.
