Prices, limits and features read from each vendor’s own pages, with the link and the date for every fact. No affiliate links, no paid placement, and no scores until a tool has been tested hands-on.

Short answer Pick by pricing model first. If you run many mailboxes, choose a tool that lists unlimited email accounts (Instantly, Saleshandy, Smartlead and Woodpecker). If you want LinkedIn steps, lemlist and Woodpecker document them. If you need contact data, Apollo and lemlist include a database. Not sure? Use the finder.

How to read these reviews.

Each review is labelled with its evidence. Today every review is a documentation review: we read the vendor’s pricing and product pages and record what they say, with the link and date. A hands-on review adds a trial account and test sends, and only hands-on reviews will get a score. Read the method.

Common questions.

Which cold email software is best?

It depends on your setup, and we don’t rank tools until we’ve tested them hands-on. For the playbook’s setup — several secondary domains with 2–3 mailboxes each — the useful filter is whether a tool charges per mailbox. Instantly, Saleshandy, Smartlead and Woodpecker list unlimited email accounts; Apollo and lemlist price per user.

Are these reviews sponsored?

No. There are no affiliate links, no vendor pays for placement, and we earn nothing if you sign up for any tool. The site earns from the playbook and setup reviews only.

Why are some prices “Not verified”?

Some vendors load their prices with JavaScript or block automated checks. When we can’t read a price on the vendor’s own page, we say so instead of copying a number from a third-party blog.

The rule

Choose the tool after the setup: domains, DNS and warm-up decide more of your results than any feature list.
