What you’re buying
The Cold Outbound Playbook is a digital PDF, sold by Lokendar through Gumroad, which handles payment, delivery and receipts. You get the current version immediately and every update to the 2026 Edition free, at the email address you bought with.
Your licence
The PDF is for your own use, and for your own team if you work at one company. Please don’t share the file publicly, resell it, or upload it elsewhere. Quoting short passages with a link back is fine.
Refunds
If the playbook isn’t useful, email hello@coldoutboundplaybook.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No reason needed. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad.
Setup reviews
Personal setup reviews aren’t available yet. When they are, their booking and cancellation terms will be listed here before you can book.

The playbook is general information and the benchmarks are reference points, not promises. Results depend on your market, offer, list and execution. Nothing on this site or in the book is legal advice; check the law for the countries you email with a qualified professional.
