Mailshake, from the source.

Plans that cap mailboxes (1, 2 or 10), include warm-up, add a phone dialer on the top plan, and have no free trial.

Built from Mailshake’s own pricing and product pages. No trial account yet, so no score. How to read this.

What the documentation shows.

Mailshake caps email addresses by plan — one, two or ten — where most tools reviewed here list unlimited email accounts. The playbook’s default setup of three domains with 2–3 mailboxes each needs 6–9 mailboxes, which points to the Sales Engagement plan.

It has no free trial: its FAQ says payment is collected up front. The Sales Engagement plan adds phone numbers and a power dialer, which is the main reason to pick it over a sending-only tool.

Who it fits

  • Small teams that want email and calling in one tool
  • Senders with one or two mailboxes on the lower plans

Watch out for

  • Mailbox caps: 1 on Starter, 2 on Email Outreach, 10 on Sales Engagement.
  • No free trial.
  • The page is unclear on whether plans are per user or per account.

The pricing table lists mailboxes “per account”, while the FAQ says billing is by users and each user connects one mail account. Confirm how seats and mailboxes combine before you buy.

The rule

Pick a tool by its pricing model first: what you pay for each extra mailbox, seat and contact decides more than any feature.
